This delightful smoothie recipe not only tantalises your taste buds but also nourishes your body, making it the perfect way to kickstart your day.
Lime, mango & coconut smoothie inspired by our Wellbeing Key Lime 💚
1 handful spinach
1 handful frozen mango
1 whole frozen banana
100 ml Coconut Milk
1 handful ice
Juice from 1 whole lime
1. If you're freezing fresh fruit yourself, be sure to remove skin and chop before popping into the freezer.
2. Add all your ingredients to a blender and whiz together.
3. Add more ice depending on the thickness you'd like your smoothie bowl to be.
4. Add to bowl and top with your favourite topping. We used coconut shavings, lime and edible flowers.
