Hi, I'm Emma - a 33 year old living in Liverpool, UK. I've been an accountant for almost 10 years and recently became a mum.

Life is busy and I often find it hard to make time for myself, but when I do get chance I like to read a book or do a couple of lengths at the pool.

What motivated you to choose Jade & Joy?

"I was on the hunt for a mid-morning desk snack to tide me over until lunch. I always get so hungry around 11am and being coeliac with a huge sweet tooth, I needed something that was gluten free and not full of sugar. That was when I stumbled across Jade & Joy on social media and decided to give them a go - I'm so glad I did!"

Where do you enjoy your Jade & Joy bars the most?

"I began eating them at my desk (which lead to my colleagues trying them, too) and when I have chance to go for a swim I often have one on the way home for an extra boost of protein."

What's your favourite flavour and why?

"Definitely Caramel Blondie in the Wellbeing range! I love white chocolate and there's no other bar around like it - the protein is an added bonus. It's just a coincidence that yellow is my favourite colour."
